Exact replica of the British forces allergy /  medical tag with dot peen marked text. These tags are issued to UK forces to indicate a specific allergy / disorder such as 'NUT', 'BEE STING', 'PENICILLIN', 'DAIRY' 'EPILEPSY' etc.

The UK Ministry of Defence uses laser etching and dot peen marking to produce these tags depending on where they are made.

These tags are the dot peen marked version which have the text left aligned. 

Dot peen marking provides an extremely durable permanent mark that's impossible to remove without destroying the tags.

Unlike the British circular tags which are only issued and worn on tour (and returned afterwards), these are worn by British service men and women all the time.

Made from 0.9mm thick surgical stainless steel, the tags and chains are extremely durable.

Use the text boxes to fill in the details to be engraved. The images show the the standard layout used by British forces but you can choose any message you like.

LINE 1: 'MED TAG'

LINE 2: Service Number

LINE 3: Surname

Line 4: 'ALLERGY' or 'DISORDER'

Line 5: Details of Allergy or disporder eg: PENICILLIN, DAIRY, BEE STING, EPILEPSY etc.

This tag is supplied with a 69cm long, 304 grade stainless steel chain. but please see the dropdown to upgrade to an extra long 110cm XL chain, Black DLC coated stainless steel chain or a split ring for use as a keyring or to have no chain at all,

- 1 X 65mm X 30mm X 0.9mm 316L Stainless steel dog tag dot peen marked with your custom message.

- 1 X 69cm X 2.4mm 304 Stainless steel neck chain

- 6 Lines of text, up to 25 characters per line

- Text left justified
