If there is an error in the embossing, please let us know. We will check against the original order and will in the event of an error made by our machine, we will send replacements at no charge. We will also issue free of charge replacements if we have sent the wrong colour of tags, chains or silencers. In the event of errors, please contact us by email or phone.
Non-personalised items may be returned within fourteen days of receipt, for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please contact us by email, quoting your order number, before returning tags: if there's a problem, we can often resolve it without needing to have items returned.
